Monitor and track transportation metrics to measure and report on performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in transportation planning.
Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on transportation plans and strategies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in transportation operations.
Train and support team members on transportation processes and procedures.
Participate in the development and implementation of new transportation initiatives and projects.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of transportation strategies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation planning activities.
Continuously evaluate and improve transportation processes to meet changing business needs.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company in meetings and events related to transportation planning.
