Tubibe Amahoro Association is seeking a consultancy firm to conduct full-time trainings on Agricultural Decentralization Framework and Climate Policy Advocacy in Kigali, Rwanda. The organization focuses on human rights and community development, promoting civic participation and environmental protection. About the Organization

Tubibe Amahoro Association (TA) is a community-based organization founded in 1995 by survivors and human rights defenders. It works in human rights and community development, with legal personality granted by Ministerial Order No. 04/2012 of 17/02/2012.
