Airswift is seeking a full-time Technical Business Analyst - ServiceNow in Perth, WA. The role involves managing ServiceNow project requirements, organizing workshops, converting business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring communication between teams. Candidates should have over 6 years of experience, with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. This position is based in the Perth CBD and is part of a large resource project.

The Company

A global technology consultancy who has a portfolio of resources projects in Australia. As a result of supporting these projects, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst - ServiceNow to join the team.

Your Responsibilities
• Lead and manage requirements for ServiceNow projects from start to finish.
• Organize workshops to gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Design and document solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure clear communication and sign-off between business and technical teams.
• Support UAT and training sessions as required.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Skills
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst, with 4+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, Integration, Service Graph Connectors).
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) preferred.
