Sustainable Design and Construction Statement

Upwork is seeking a contractor to create a Sustainable Design and Construction Statement for a project in Islington, London. I have attached an example of the plan though some things will be changed like the height of the basement ceiling levels.

For your convenience, I have also attached the previous report that was commissioned for the currently approved scheme which only has 1 basement level (Islington reference P2021/0302/FUL) which can be used to help with your report.
