Sustainable Building Leader

The Contractor Consultants is seeking a Sustainable Building Leader in Canada. Responsibilities include hands-on carpentry tasks, supervising employees and subcontractors, performing material take-offs, and ensuring compliance with blueprints and specifications. This full-time position does not require a degree.
• Job Responsibilities*
• Execute hands-on carpentry work, including demolition, footing and ICF work, framing, window and door installation, exterior siding, insulation work, drywall work, interior door and trim work, flooring, tile work, and cabinetry installation.
• Supervise and manage other employees and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Perform material take-offs and coordinate ordering and delivery with suppliers.
• Ensure all work complies with construction blueprints, specs, and plans.
