Salary: 12000-20000 Key Responsibilities - Support complex project teams by providing sustainability evaluation and environmental compliance input from project concept through completion.
Contribute to environmental and sustainability strategies for major infrastructure, masterplan, and urban development projects.Prepare technical reports, studies, and supporting documentation required for sustainability certification and environmental project deliverables.Review sustainability and environmental studies prepared by sub‑consultants for technical accuracy, completeness, quality, and project alignment.Prepare, compile, and submit permit applications, license applications, and authority documentation required for environmental approvals.Coordinate with relevant authorities, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure approvals and close documentation requirements.Review and respond to RFIs, technical queries, and project information requests related to sustainability, environmental compliance, and project deliverables.Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain data, clarifications, supporting records, and technical inputs needed for environmental documentation.Review consultant, supplier, and contractor deliverables to confirm accuracy, quality, formatting, and compliance with project expectations.Maintain clear documentation records for submissions, responses, approvals, sustainability studies, environmental reports, and technical reviews.Support project teams in identifying sustainability requirements, environmental risks, compliance gaps, and follow‑up actions.Help ensure environmental and sustainability deliverables are submitted on time and meet required standards for grammar, structure, layout, and presentation.Work across multiple projects in parallel while keeping priorities organized and communication clear.Prepare written responses, technical summaries, and coordination notes that support decision‑making and project progress.Collaborate with engineers, planners, designers, consultants, and project managers to integrate sustainability considerations into project delivery.Contribute to continuous improvement in environmental reporting quality, sustainability documentation, and approval coordination.
Ideal
Profile - Bachelor's degree in Sustainability and Environmental Engineering.
Experience supporting sustainability, environmental compliance, infrastructure projects, masterplan projects, or engineering consultancy deliverables.Strong understanding of environmental documentation, sustainability certification support, permit applications, license submissions, and authority coordination.Ability to review studies and reports prepared by sub‑consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project partners.Detail‑oriented and well‑organized, with the ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines, reviews, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of multidisciplinary project teams.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Strong ability to prepare high‑quality technical documents with accurate grammar, composition, formatting, layout, spelling, and organization.Comfortable responding to RFIs, technical queries, and stakeholder information requests.Good coordination skills with the ability to follow up with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.Professional approach to quality control, document review, sustainability reporting, and environmental compliance tracking.Ability to work in a fast‑paced infrastructure consulting environment focused on quality, deadlines, and project delivery.
