To meet rising demand, we are looking to hire three experienced and motivated Purchasing Specialists to join our procurement team.

Your Role:

As a Strategic Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers for a wide range of solar products. You will ensure timely availability of goods, maintain high quality standards, and optimize costs across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers for various solar product categories (e.g. inverters, panels, batteries, mounting systems, cables, connectors, etc.).

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions to secure optimal deals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers across Europe and globally.

Manage purchasing workflows from inquiry to delivery, including documentation and logistics coordination.

Monitor stock levels and forecast demand in collaboration with sales and warehouse teams.

Ensure all products meet technical and regulatory standards.

Analyze market trends and propose cost-saving or quality-improvement initiatives.

Work with digital procurement tools and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.

Your Profile:

2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the renewable energy, electronics, or technical components sector.

Solid understanding of supplier sourcing, pricing strategies, and logistics coordination.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working independently and handling multiple product groups.

Proficient in Excel and procurement software / ERP systems.
