Solar Project Engineer

Sunpro Energies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Solar Project Engineer to lead rooftop solar projects in Singapore. The role involves managing installation teams, ensuring project delivery from design to handover, and maintaining communication with clients. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years of project management experience, and knowledge of solar project execution. The position is full-time with a salary range of SGD 3.5K to SGD 6.5K per month.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Solar Project Engineer passionate about deploying solar energy. You will lead rooftop solar projects across Singapore and the region, managing installation teams and ensuring successful project delivery from design to handover.


Responsibilities
Design, build, and install solar energy systems for rooftop projects across Singapore and the region Plan onsite activities and manage installation teams to ensure efficient project execution Serve as the primary contact between the company and clients during the construction phase to maintain clear communication Develop, execute, and revise project work plans to meet evolving needs and requirements Perform hands-on implementation and supervision on site to ensure quality and safety standards Design the full construction process from pre-construction through post-construction and system handover to clients Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget constraints Identify potential safety risks in projects and implement effective mitigation strategies Prepare for engagement reviews and conduct quality assurance procedures to maintain project standards Ensure smooth delivery and system turn-on at project completion Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields 3-5 years of experience in project management Experience in solar project execution is advantageous Proficient in energy modelling software (PVsyst), 2D and construction modelling, and drawings Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Results-driven, customer-oriented, creative, and passionate about renewable energy
