Sn. Inventory & Procurement Executive - Generator & Solar

Tricom Power is seeking a Senior Inventory & Procurement Executive for Generator & Solar in Pakistan. The role requires expertise in electrical components, effective communication, negotiation skills, and contract management. Responsibilities include managing procurement, logistics, and cost analysis for renewable energy projects. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in supply chain roles within the renewable energy sector. The position is full-time and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical components used in both solar and generator systems.

Stay updated on advancements in solar and generator technologies.
Effective Communication:

Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Communicate technical information clearly and succinctly.

Negotiation Skills:

Apply exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.

Optimize costs while ensuring high-quality components and adherence to project timelines.

Contract Management:

Conduct comprehensive vetting of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Collaborate with legal teams to address any contractual issues.

Renewable Energy Components Knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of components specific to solar and generator projects.
Ensure procurement aligns with project requirements for both solar and generator systems.
Logistics and Material Handling:

Track shipping schedules, manage logistics, and oversee material handling for timely project delivery.

Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation processes.

Purchase Order Coordination:

Prepare succinct purchase orders reflecting project specifications.

Maintain accurate purchase documentation for streamlined procurement.
Cost Analysis:Conduct comparative analyses for vendor selection in both solar and generator sectors.
Provide detailed cost breakdowns to facilitate decision-making and budgeting.Qualifications and Skills:

· BBA or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering , or related field.

· Proven experience in supply chain roles within the renewable energy sector.

· Proficient in contract management and negotiations.

· Familiarity with renewable energy components and project execution.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
