About the Role
At Ion Exchange, a global leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, we are looking to strengthen our sales function with multiple positions of sales executive and sales managers who are driven and customer-focused to accelerate growth across our INDION® resins, chemicals, and treatment solutions portfolio in Bangladesh.
This is a high-impact role combining strategic sales, channel development, and technical solutioning, ideal for professionals who enjoy building markets, working closely with customers, and delivering value-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Drive Sales Growth
Own regional sales and business development across resins, chemicals, and water treatment solutions Deliver on revenue targets and expand market share across industrial, municipal, and OEM segments Identify and convert new business opportunities
🔹 Build & Manage Channel Network
Develop and expand distributor and partner networks Onboard new channel partners and strengthen existing relationships Drive partner performance through structured reviews and capability building
🔹 Technical Sales & Customer Engagement
Lead technical discussions and recommend tailored solutions Support trials, installations, and customer applications Provide on-ground support and ensure timely resolution of customer needs
🔹 Market & Stakeholder Management
Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular engagement
🔹 Execution Excellence
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma) in Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental / Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus)
✔ 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical service in water/wastewater or related industries
✔ Strong experience in channel management and distributor networks
✔ Ability to combine technical understanding with commercial acumen
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Willingness to travel across the assigned region
