What You'll Do
You'll act as a trusted advisor to homeowners—educating, consulting, and guiding them through the transition to clean energy.





Canvass neighborhoods and meet with homeowners in your territory
Educate clients on financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
Conduct product demos and consultative sales presentations
Customize solar solutions for each home based on energy usage and design
Close deals professionally while building trust and long-term relationships
Develop expertise through Spartan Solar leadership and mentorship programs
