Job Description:
• Develop and implement strategies for improving grid performance, stability, and impact
• Provide technical leadership and training on grid compliance and simulation tools
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate findings into operations and planning
• Engage with regulators, industry groups, and stakeholders on grid code developments
• Ensure compliance with grid codes and regulatory standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 4 years' experience in grid code management or power systems engineering
• Proficiency in grid simulation tools (e.g., PSSE, DIgSILENT)
• Strong understanding of electrical grid operations, planning, and regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
