Driver Role Overview:

Compensation Details:

As a full-time driver, you can expect:
• Weekly Pay: $1,050.00 - $1,700.00
• Annual Pay: $54,600.00 - $88,400.00

Your compensation includes various accessorial pays, such as tarp pay, stop pay, and safety bonuses. Depending on your experience and attendance, your pay per mile for flatbed driving will range from $0.55 to $0.84.

Home Time:
• 3 weeks on the road, followed by 3 days off
• Home time may vary based on division
• Various route options available

Driver Qualifications:
• Must have a valid Class A CDL

If you are physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform, you can meet the requirements for flatbed hauling, as this is needed for about 70% of our loads.
