Job Description

System Transport is hiring CDL A Fleet Drivers for OTR flatbed routes in Southern territories, based in Bowling Green, MO. Candidates must have a valid CDL A license and flatbed experience. A valid CDL A license is a must, and candidates with a background in flatbed hauling within the last 6 months are preferred

Job Description

Operating on the road, your job will involve pulling 48 ft. flatbed trailers for transportation.

Pay Increases

Following an initial rate of $.01 per mile after 90 days, the payment amount increases by one cent annually on the anniversary date until it reaches a maximum cap of $.70 per mile

Monthly Bonus (Performance-Based)

Gain up to $.05 in revenue for every thousand views on a monthly basis

Per Diem

Drivers will be remunerated with a pay rate of $0.10 per one thousand impressions

Military Pay

Drivers who are in operation at the moment or have conducted driving duties in the past two years

After a two-year verified tenure, employees receive an increased pay rate of an additional $.01 per CPM

Earn an additional $0.02 per thousand clicks with a verified service lasting for 2 or more years

Tarp/Securement Pay
• $50 Total
• $25 to tarp/untarp
• $25 to secure/unsecure

Stop Pay

The charge for pickup and delivery services is $15.00 for each instance, except for the load origin and final destination

Detention Pay

The rate of $20 per hour applies for delays in project completion, with a maximum fee of $200 per day

Layover Pay

For a layover lasting one complete day, the fee is set at $75, and for each subsequent 24-hour period, it increases to $100

Breakdown Pay

On the first day, you will be paid $100, with the amount rising to $150 on the second day, and further increasing to $200 for all additional days

Minimum Pay Criteria

1) Should remain on standby for service five times a week

2) Declining to take on additional weight when the capacity is full

3) Submit paperwork in a timely manner each week

4) Driver service failures are non-existent, ensuring that all deliveries are completed as scheduled

5) Adherence to CSA standards without any infractions

6) Incidents that can be avoided must be eliminated

Orientation and Onboarding

Orientation Pay

Collect a $500 reward upon wrapping up Orientation

Location and Length

For a duration of 72 hours, the event will unfold in Fort Dodge, IA, providing a multi-day opportunity for guests to explore the city and its surroundings

Traveling to Orientation

We give the opportunity to rent a vehicle, fly, or be compensated for using your own car

Physicals

Candidates are expected to have a current physical examination completed no more than six months ago, approved for at least six months and not concluding within the subsequent three months. Alternatively, they can opt to undergo a fresh physical assessment before or during the Orientation in Fort Dodge, IA.

Drug Test

All candidates are obligated to undergo pre-employment testing for drugs, encompassing both urinalysis and hair follicle analysis, prior to the Orientation. Should it be impractical to complete these evaluations beforehand, they will be conducted during the first day of the Orientation. Drivers will not be allowed to use their truck until they receive a negative test outcome.
