Shift Schedule

12-Hour Rotating Swing Shifts

Day Shift: $20.00/hr
Night Shift: $22.00/hr.

Forklift Operators

• Safely move containers, materials, and product throughout the facility
• Load and unload trailers and production areas
• Support production flow and warehouse operations

Container Wash Technicians

• Clean and sanitize large food waste collection containers
• Operate wash equipment and pressure washing systems
• Ensure containers meet cleanliness standards before shipment

General Labor Associates

• Sort, move, and handle food waste materials
• Support production and recycling operations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility
• Assist wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently

What You'll Bring

• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
• Forklift experience preferred for forklift positions

Candidates should be comfortable working around:
• Strong food odors and smells
• Wet work conditions
• Organic waste materials
• Fast-paced industrial operations
