Jobleads-US is seeking a Real Estate and Environmental Partner in Boston, MA. The role involves advising clients on real estate development, environmental laws, and collaborating on transactions with environmental components. Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on real estate development issues, including brownfields redevelopment, land use, residential and commercial real estate transactions, subdivision, zoning control, and comprehensive permitting.
• Counsel clients in regulated industries on federal, state, and local environmental laws, including CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, and Massachusetts-specific laws.
• Collaborate with corporate and real estate groups on deals and transactions with significant environmental components, ensuring compliance and risk management.
