Protection Engineer

EarthStream Global is seeking a Protection Engineer for a contract position at the Sunrise Wind Farm in Rhode Island. The role involves a 21 days on / 21 days off rotation, requiring experience in HVDC protection, preferably with Siemens equipment. Candidates must have at least one year of offshore experience or three years at onsite substations, along with a valid GWO certificate.

Description
We're looking for a consultant of protection engineer or protection test engineer to be onsite at SRW01 offshore in US. S/he would be in 21/21 rotation scheme and to work closely with our protection lead (protection system engineer) in the project.

Requirements:
- Preferably HVDC protection engineer
- Preferably has great knowledge about Siemens HVDC equipment
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience at offshore site OR a minimum of 3 years experience at onsite substation.
- Has GWO valid certificate.
