Job Description
The University of Maryland College Park is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Maryland Agriculture Climate Vulnerability Assessment. Candidates should have a Master's Degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in research or outreach. The role involves office work, attending offsite meetings, and handling materials. This is a full-time contractor position based in the United States.
Physical Demands
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must be able to drive a vehicle to attend offsite meetings and events. Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds, meeting supplies and materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. Experience: Three to five years of related experience in research or outreach. Background in agriculture or environmental sciences related to agriculture.
