Managing Director for Climate Advocacy Lab

The Climate Advocacy Lab is a collaborative of leading climate change funders that helps climate and clean energy advocates run smarter public engagement campaigns. By using rigorous social science and data analysis, The Lab aims to build a permanent, activated majority in favor of positive climate policy in the United States.

About the Role
• Refine the vision and strategy for The Lab, mapping resources to goals and ensuring capacity responds to demand in the sector.
• Build The Lab's long-term sustainability and oversee an existing team of six employees who've built The Lab to its current level.
• Lead efforts to refine a governance structure that reflects key stakeholder interests and serve as the key interlocutor with members of the emerging funder collaborative supporting The Lab.

The Climate Advocacy Lab has grown rapidly since its launch in 2015, becoming a network of over 2,000 advocates, campaign organizers, social scientists, data experts, and funders. As a Managing Director, you will be responsible for taking this organization to the next level while maintaining its commitment to transparency, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
