The Responsibilities of this role include:
Overseeing all water resource management activities, including shoring, sewer, grading, site development, stormwater, erosion control, hydrology, and wastewater.
Developing and implementing effective water resource management strategies that align with our company's environmental sustainability goals.
Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
The Requirements for this role include:
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Hydrology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in water resource management, preferably in the construction industry.
Proven experience in shoring, sewer, grading, site development, stormwater, erosion control, hydrology, and wastewater.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A solid understanding of environmental regulations and standards related to water resource management.
Proficient in using various software tools for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Professional registration as a hydrologist or equivalent would be highly advantageous.
