Job Description
ASM Global is seeking an Operations & Sustainability Manager for U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time position involves managing event setups, scheduling, and supervising staff while implementing sustainability initiatives. The role requires collaboration with various departments and event managers to ensure successful operations and adherence to sustainability goals. The salary range is $60,000-$70,000/year.

Position Summary
The Operations & Sustainability Manager, working and planning with the Facility Operations Manager and in conjunction with the Operations Crew, is responsible for the event setup and sustainability for all areas of U.S. Bank Stadium.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the crew setting up and striking all U.S. Bank Stadium events including, but not limited to, NFL Football games, NCAA basketball, NCAA and High School baseball, concerts, exhibition shows, conventions, meetings, and receptions. This includes building stages, riser platforms, steps, railing installation, foul poles, fencing, soccer nets, portable dugouts, bases as well as any other event related setup needs in the building including the exterior of the building.
• Manage the scheduling of conversion of club and field areas from gameday set to meetings, banquets, galas, etc. including table and chair set up/striking
• Work with Event Managers and Coordinators on planning, execution, and follow up on events
• Work with both management and crew directly as well as being a liaison between the two
• Verify completed set ups and enter the data into a tracking system
• Assist with hiring, and scheduling of staff, in addition to the direct supervision of the crew, including discipline and corrective actions as needed
• Attend professional development training sessions as directed
• Identify and steward sustainability initiatives on behalf of U.S. Bank Stadium and act as a resource for other departments in the pursuit of sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate effective interaction and communication between the Sustainability Team and all other department areas at U.S. Bank Stadium. Responsible for writing and dissemination of any reports for the stadium and City of Minneapolis.
• Collaborate with all departments and/or vendors at U.S. Bank Stadium to help define and achieve sustainability goals.
• Encourage and support the work of establishing, carrying-out, and evaluating sustainable initiatives on an annual basis, working directly with project managers, departmental heads and administrative advisory committees.
• Keep abreast of best practices in sustainability and participate in conferences and related events to identify new ideas and practices as well as communicate U.S. Bank Stadium's sustainability efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
• Follow and give verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others while working
• Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, stooping, lifting, and walking. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work inside or outside environments as necessary
• Proficiency with general office PC applications
Minimum Education & Experience
• High School diploma or GED certificate
• Experience in similar facility setting and NFL field experience preferred
• Ability to manage complex logistics in support of large, public events.
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• 30-Hours OSHA Training
• Experience in developing and managing sustainability programs

• Must be age 18 or older.
