Job Description

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Carlstadt, NJ. The role involves overseeing logistics operations, collaborating with carriers, analyzing financial metrics, managing invoicing, and adapting strategies to market trends. Key responsibilities include developing carrier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting customer service. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in SAP B1 and MS Excel.
Overview
• Coordinate and oversee logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to optimize transportation strategies and enhance overall operational performance.
• Analyze financial metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve logistics operations profitability.
• Manage invoicing processes with advanced tools to ensure accuracy and timely reconciliation of accounts.
• Monitor market trends to adapt logistics strategies and improve service offerings effectively.
• Support claims management processes, ensuring swift resolution of transportation discrepancies and maintaining service quality.
• Contribute to the development and execution of logistics strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships, including performance assessments and contract negotiations for optimal service delivery.
• Create and implement load schedules, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and operational efficiency.
• Monitor tracking reports daily to ensure accurate order fulfillment and address discrepancies promptly.
• Issue and reconcile invoices, resolving discrepancies and maintaining compliance with billing standards.
• Analyze profit and loss data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address logistics-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update rate charts and communicate changes effectively to customers and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of logistics policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations; 3 years preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP B1 for invoice management and data analysis is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including data navigation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in food logistics or third-party logistics (3PL) operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to enhance logistics strategies and operations.
