Role Description The Junior MIS Analyst – Clean Energy will support the collection, organization, and analysis of operational and project data to generate timely MIS reports for leadership and project teams. This full-time remote role involves maintaining and updating MIS dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and standardizing reporting formats across clean energy projects.

The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather data, validating inputs, and identifying trends or variances that require attention. The Junior MIS Analyst will assist in systems analysis, help improve reporting processes, and document procedures to enhance transparency and decision-making. The analyst will also support ad-hoc data requests, prepare periodic performance summaries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in information systems and data management.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Systems, with the ability to manage structured data and reporting workflows.
- Experience with Dashboards and Systems Analysis to design, maintain, and improve visualization and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Solid attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in or exposure to the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is preferred but not mandatory.
