This role is designed for an individual who not only executes high‑quality investment analysis, but also takes ownership of building, managing, and continuously improving repeatable processes across the investment lifecycle. The Analyst will be expected to operate with a process‑oriented mindset—ensuring consistency, scalability, and strong internal controls—while actively enhancing workflows and contributing to the ongoing refinement of the firm's investment process.

Overview:
• Support manager research and portfolio analysis in a dynamic investment environment.
• Collaborate with senior professionals to execute rigorous research processes.
• Develop expertise in hedge funds, private investments, and capital markets.
• Contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional analysis.
• Gain hands-on experience in portfolio construction and quantitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Conduct Investment and operational due diligence on prospective managers.
• Prepare research notes, memos, and updates for internal use.
• Perform quantitative analysis and build exhibits in Excel.
• Monitor and evaluate existing managers, including performance tracking.
• Support portfolio construction efforts and scenario analysis.
• Contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Update performance databases and portfolio models regularly.
• Conduct market research to inform macro views and portfolio positioning.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, investing, or consulting preferred.
• Strong command of Excel.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with hedge funds, private investments, or capital markets.
• Structured, organized, and deadline-oriented approach to work.
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to follow and improve frameworks.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and team-first mindset.
