Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Health Safety Environment Coordinator in Oregon City, OR. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of safety experience in industrial equipment manufacturing. Skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required, along with strong communication and organizational abilities. Experience with remote training is essential. The position offers a salary of $75K–$105K annually and is full-time.
Education level
• High school diploma (required); Associate’s Degree in Business, Safety or related study preferred.

Relevant Previous experience
• 1-2 years experience in a safety role with Industrial equipment manufacturing organization.
• Possess proven track record of improved safety performance.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Plusses:
• Background in Semiconductor

Other requirements
• Fosters a professional working relationship through all levels of the North American business divisions.
• Experienced with communicating and implementing training plans with remote workers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools to allow students to prove proficient in the skills they have learned.
• Completion of a Trainer Certification program a plus but not required.
