Here, you'll gain hands-on experience in project structuring, due diligence, negotiations, financing and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead grid impact studies, optimize grid connection plans, apply for grid access, and negotiate with ISO to finalize contracts.
• Ensure compliance with national grid codes and regulations, managing electrical design consultants and technical reviews.
• Engage with EPCs and manufacturers for cost estimation, selection, and contract negotiations.
• Support due diligence processes (business, financial, technical, and regulatory) from an engineering and construction perspective.
• Assist in project scheduling, identifying critical milestones and key pathways for execution.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical field development.
• Strong knowledge of grid codes, power regulations, interconnection equipment, and ISO contract negotiations.
• Business-level proficiency in English (written & verbal).
• Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
