Job Description
CORE Business Academy is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator in Conyers, GA. This hybrid volunteer role requires strong CRM skills to manage donor records, support fundraising campaigns, assist with community events, and perform basic marketing tasks. Ideal candidates should have experience with donor CRMs, fundraising processes, and event coordination. Key responsibilities include donor management, campaign tracking, event support, and communications. Nonprofit experience is preferred.
CORE Business Academy is seeking a skilled volunteer Fundraiser Coordinator with strong CRM experience and the ability to support fundraising campaigns, basic marketing tasks, and community event coordination. This hybrid volunteer role is ideal for someone who understands donor systems, enjoys organizing fundraising initiatives, and can help strengthen the operations behind CORE’s growing community programs.
We are specifically looking for someone comfortable with donor CRMs like Bloomerang, HubSpot, and Little Green Light, and who can help track donor engagement, support events, and assist with clear, consistent outreach leading into FY 2026.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Donor Management
Manage donor records in Bloomerang (primary), HubSpot, and Little Green LightTrack gifts, donor activity, acknowledgments, and campaign responsesMaintain clean, organized donor data and segmentationPrepare simple donor reports, dashboards, and giving summariesDocument CRM workflows and help establish consistent data practicesFundraising Coordination
Support annual and seasonal campaigns including year-end giving and CORE for CoatsAssist with planning and timelines for FY 2026 fundraising initiativesTrack campaign progress and help coordinate donor follow-upsPrepare donor communication materials and acknowledgment templatesEvents Support
Assist with CORE’s community events, outreach activities, and volunteer coordinationHelp manage event sign-ups, logistics, and communication workflowsSupport planning documents, checklists, vendor coordination, and timelinesAssist with post-event follow-up, recaps, and donor stewardship related to eventsMarketing & Communications
Support basic marketing tasks tied to fundraising and eventsAssist with scheduling social posts, email updates, and campaign announcementsOrganize promotional materials, sign-up forms, and campaign graphics (if tools are provided)Maintain messaging consistency across CORE’s website, forms, and campaign updatesTrack engagement on email lists, QR codes, and campaign outreach toolsQualifications
Intermediate to advanced experience with donor CRMs (Bloomerang preferred)Comfort with donor data, segmentation, and reportingStrong understanding of fundraising processes and donor engagementSome experience with event coordination or community outreachBasic marketing or communications experience helpfulOrganized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independentlyPrior nonprofit experience strongly preferred
