Financial Analyst – Strategy, Research & Analytics

UBL - United Bank Limited is seeking a Financial Analyst for Strategy, Research & Analytics in Sindh, Pakistan. The role involves building financial models, preparing investment memos, and supporting strategic initiatives. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, CFA Level I cleared (Level II preferred), and strong financial modeling and analytical skills. This is a full-time position.
Job Summary: The analyst will work at the intersection of strategic finance, investment research, and corporate strategy, delivering analytical insights and transaction support to drive business growth and capital allocation decisions.


Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models for credit, valuation, and transaction analysis Prepare investment memos, sector research, and executive presentations Monitor macroeconomic, industry, and regulatory developments Support strategic initiatives, portfolio reviews, and deal execution
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, equity research, strategy, or transaction advisory CFA Level I cleared; Level II candidate preferred Strong financial modelling, analytical, and communication skills Commercial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
