Field Safety Specialist Solar Renewable Energy

Our client is seeking a Field Safety Specialist to support active construction projects by promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with site safety standards. This role focuses on on-site safety execution, working closely with project leadership and field teams to maintain a safe and injury-free work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide site safety training and onboarding for all personnel and maintain compliance documentation Conduct field observations, safety audits, and jobsite inspections to identify hazards and enforce safe work practices Support incident investigations, identify root causes, and assist in developing corrective actions Collaborate with project leadership to implement safety programs, job hazard analyses, and mitigation strategies Lead toolbox talks and reinforce safety standards through daily interaction with field personnel Requirements

2+ years of construction safety experience on active job sites (industrial, commercial, or energy projects) Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and ability to enforce safety compliance in a construction environment Experience supporting field teams with safety training, audits, and incident investigations Ability to work independently on-site and communicate effectively with both field personnel and leadership Willingness to travel and work on-site for the duration of projects Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting electrical construction projects or working alongside electrical contractors Familiarity with electrical safety standards such as NEC, NFPA 70E, or similar industry standards Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, or CSP Why Join Our Client
