Farm Labourer

A confidential company in Krugersdorp, South Africa, is hiring experienced organic farm workers for a full-time position. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in organic farming, particularly with pomegranates, and possess practical knowledge of pest control and post-harvest handling. We are seeking experienced organic farm workers to join the team. We are a diversified organic farm producing pomegranates and other organic crops and require skilled individuals with practical experience in organic farming practices.


Minimum Requirements
Must be a South African citizen3–5 years’ proven experience working on an organic pomegranate farmPractical knowledge of organic pest control methods, including organic pesticides, fungal sprays, and organic fertilizersAbility to scout for pests and diseases and correctly identify common agricultural pestsExperience with post-harvest handling, including:Cold storage managementSorting and grading fruitPomegranate deseeding processesWorking knowledge and experience in organic cultivation of the following crops:AvocadoCape gooseberryGranadillaLemonsAbility to work independently and as part of a farm team
