Venture Solar is seeking Experienced Solar Installers for their Wilmington, DE location. Responsibilities include installing solar systems on roofs, handling mounting and wiring under supervision. Candidates must have prior solar installation experience, be comfortable with heights, and possess a valid driver's license. Location: Daily reporting to Wilmington, DE
Residential Solar Installer
Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.What Everyone Brings to the Team
