Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Environmental, Social and Governance to join our growing team. This role involves working under the supervision of senior staff to lead project teams and execute client deliverables efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of projects to meet client objectives, company goals for revenue generation, and profitability. Responsibilities include directing project execution, demonstrating technical competence, managing project aspects, and supporting business development efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering, geology, or a related technical field. A graduate degree is preferred. Minimum 12-15 years of consulting experience with at least 5 years working on ESG-related issues is required. Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence are essential. Working knowledge of ESG policies, including financial and regulatory requirements, is necessary. Experience with international ESG reporting frameworks and standards is also required. Familiarity with ESG ratings and rankers is highly desirable.
