Environmental Scientist/Planner

Insight Global is hiring an Environmental Scientist in Houston, TX, responsible for coordinating and executing projects aligned with company goals. Our client is seeking an Environmental Scientist. The Environmental Scientist is accountable for the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Reports to the Senior Project Manager. The successful Environmental Planner/Scientist will provide project support to project managers during the execution of projects.

-Familiarity with natural resources permitting at the federal and state level
-Familiarity with surveys required to successfully complete project permitting
-Experience conducting wetland delineations and habitat surveys
-Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
