REQUIRED CONDUCT



Contractors Personnel shall: Carry out his/her duties competently and diligently
Comply with this EHS Code of Conduct and all applicable laws, regulations and other requirements, including requirements to protect the health, safety and well-being of other Contractors Personnel and any other personMaintain a safe working environment including by: ensuring that workplaces, machinery, equipment and processes under each persons control are safe and without risk to health; wearing required personal protective equipment; using appropriate measures relating to chemical, physical and biological substances and agents; and following applicable emergency operating procedures
