Job Description

ERM Group is seeking a Health & Safety & Sustainability Associate in India. The role involves supporting global operations by managing safety and sustainability data, ensuring compliance, and improving documentation processes. Key responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The position is based at ERM's Global Delivery Centre in Gurugram.

The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.


At the GDC, you will:


Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce


Why this role matters?




As a Health & Safety & Sustainability Associate, you will support ERM’s global delivery by maintaining accurate systems, managing and validating safety and sustainability related data, supporting training and risk management processes, and ensuring information is current, reliable, and fit for decision making, reporting, and escalation. You will work within ERM’s Health & Safety and Sustainability & Foundation functional teams, with additional support to Partners, Managers, and staff as needed to provide operational, data, and administrative. This role is critical to ERM Health & Safety and Sustainability Team.




What Your Impact Is
Deliver timely support for Health & Safety and Sustainability processes, ensuring smooth stakeholder experience.
Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance through proactive monitoring and analysis.
Maintain accurate documentation and process records to support consistency and audit readiness.
Provide meaningful insights and reporting to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and addressing process gaps.
What You'll Bring
1–2 years of experience in operations, compliance, sustainability, HSE support, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with data and reports.
Experience managing documentation, records, and process-related information.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and other business systems.
Preferred
Exposure to Sustainability, ESG, Health & Safety, Risk, or Compliance programs.
Experience in a global shared services or consulting environment.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
Experience with automation or AI-enabled productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and analytical support for Health & Safety and Sustainability-related inquiries.
Maintain and update procedures, documentation, and records, ensuring accuracy and version control.
Monitor and analyze data, prepare reports, and support compliance tracking activities.
Identify and escalate data, process, or system issues and support resolution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process reviews.
Provide reporting, documentation, and coordination support for ad hoc projects and initiatives.
