Insight Global is hiring an Environmental Project Manager in Watford City, ND, focusing on oil spill response, environmental assessment, and remediation. Candidates need 5+ years in the Oil and Gas industry, a 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification, and OSHA training. The role involves coordination of field projects, technical oversight, and client relationship management. The salary is between $100,000 and $110,000 annually, with occasional weekend and evening availability required.
Insight Global is seeking an Environmental Response Project Manager to join a growing team in Watford City, North Dakota!

A successful candidate will bring strong technical and field experience with a focus on oil spill response, environmental assessment, reclamation, remediation, and related environmental emergency response efforts.

Interested candidates must possess a 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification and OSHA training. This role requires the individual to be available on occasional weekends and evenings, on an as-needed basis, to coordinate personnel and meet client deliverables. Travel may be required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience within the Oil and Gas industry
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certified
• 10 or 30-Hour OSHA Training
• Prior experience as a Project Manager/Supervisor (coordination of project completion, personnel logistics/management, safety support, etc.)
• Well-versed in the areas of environmental analysis, emergency oil spill response, reclamation, and remediation efforts
• Computer proficiency (frequent emailing, report documentation, use of MS Word/Excel, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated professionalism; Collaborative team-oriented approach
• Strong organizational skills; Attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience supervising and training staff

Additional duties and skills include, but are not limited to:
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on activities related to environmental assessments, construction monitoring, remediations, reclamations, and spill responses.
• Coordinate field projects and staff.
• Write and review technical reports including action plans, assessments, and reports.
• Participate in business development toward new and existing clients.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and internal employees.
• Provide field personnel management including interviewing, hiring, disciplinary action, and termination activities, as needed.

Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including skills, experience, and education.
