In this exciting role as an Entry-Level Environmental Policy and Finance Analyst, you will join Cadmus' expanding team, supporting crucial contracts with the EPA and various government clients focused on enhancing drinking water quality and infrastructure resilience. Responsibilities

Analyze policies and finances regarding drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, focusing on sustainability and resilience.Evaluate infrastructure grant programs to support EPA and state goals in improving water access and infrastructure resilience.Conduct comprehensive data and statistical analyses, perform literature reviews, and support policy initiatives by assessing the implications of policy changes.Create and edit guidance documents, reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings effectively.Assist with general project support, including note-taking and documentation.Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, demonstrating academic excellence and a strong work ethic. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn, work collaboratively, and excel in both independent and team-oriented settings. Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks and projects from initiation to completion are essential.

BA/BS and 2-4 years of relevant experience in environmental management, public policy, public administration, finance, economics, or a related field, or a Master’s degree.Familiarity with statistical, financial, and economic methods for policy analysis preferred.Proficient in conducting research and evaluating data to inform data-driven analyses and reports.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with experience in producing clear and effective reports.Experience with Excel or similar software for data analysis.Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, VBA, HTML, STATA, or MATLAB is a plus.Some domestic travel may be required.Additional Information:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $65,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined based on relevant experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
