Equipment Inspection Manager

North Las Vegas, Nevada

The Equipment Inspection Manager serves as the technical authority and lead professional for equipment quality assurance and inspection activities, ensuring drilling tools, tubulars, and associated machinery meet all applicable API, ISO, regulatory, and company standards.

This role is responsible for developing and overseeing inspection criteria, managing QA/QC inspection teams, witnessing critical testing, analyzing nonconformance trends, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The Equipment Inspection Manager ensures that inspection programs are executed with technical rigor, operational discipline, and full regulatory compliance.

The role requires advanced knowledge of API specifications, NDT methods, inspection techniques, and documentation standards. Work is performed independently and reviewed at critical checkpoints. The Equipment Inspection Manager regularly interfaces with internal operations, engineering teams, third-party inspectors, and external auditors.

PV Laboratory Technician

This position is an in person role (5x per week onsite) that will be based at our San Leandro PV module lab then transition around September 2026 to our headquarters in Fremont, California.

Nextpower seeks a detailed-oriented and energetic PV Lab Technician to join our Advanced Module Frames team to support the testing, characterization, and advancement of solar technologies. The PV Lab Technician will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory analytical instrumentation and solar testing equipment. You will perform routine and non-routine testing on PV modules, cells, and materials, ensuring all data is accurate and documented according to company SOPs and ISO standards.

Director, Hardware Engineering – Tracker

The Director of Hardware Engineering is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of Nextracker’s tracker controller hardware, including electrical design, mechanical design, high voltage power electronics, communication hardware, control algorithm development, integrated batteries, and BMS. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Project-to-Close (P2C) Techno-Functional Leader to drive the Phoenix ERP transformation program on Oracle Fusion Cloud (with coexistence with Oracle E-Business Suit This role will own the end-to-end O2C and Project/Program financial lifecycle, from order capture and billing through project setup, capitalization, revenue recognition, and project close.

This is a strategic role responsible for partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to implement and optimize ERP systems that drive operational agility, scalability, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on ERP technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of planning, manufacturing, and inventory processes in a project-based discrete manufacturing environment (captive and outsourced). Strong ERP experience—specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP—is required. As part of our large-scale ERP transformation journey, this individual will lead the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement in the planning and manufacturing functional areas.
