In this role, you will be responsible for managing the physical and financial trading of energy products in the wholesale energy market. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of energy markets, risk management, and market fundamentals. This individual must have the ability to work independently while also collaborating with other groups within the organization. Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize profits
-Monitor the physical and financial trading of energy products in the wholesale energy market
-Analyze and interpret market data to identify emerging trends and opportunities
-Manage risk associated with energy trading activities
-Negotiate and execute deals with counterparties
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and clients
-Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure efficient and effective operations
-Stay abreast of energy market developments and related regulations
