Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Water Well Drilling Assistant / Service Tech and be at the forefront of essential water well operations! In this energetic role, you will support drilling projects, operate heavy equipment, and assist with maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations on construction sites and drilling locations. Your mechanical aptitude and safety awareness will drive success as you contribute to vital resource extraction and water management projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of heavy equipment such as excavators, water trucks, service trucks and drill rigs used in drilling and construction activities Support drilling crews by handling tools, supplies, and materials needed for well installation or servicing Help install irrigation systems, geothermal systems, and service any all groundwater systems. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify mechanical issues and perform basic repairs or report complex problems to technicians Support vertical drilling operations by preparing site equipment and assisting with alignment and positioning tasks • Skills No experience is require, just a good attitude and strong back. willing to learn and grow. Weekends only on occasions.
