Applications are invited for a tenure track position at the assistant professor level in sustainable chemistry, broadly defined. Candidates with proposed research in renewable energy and in the development of materials that more efficiently store, transfer and use energy are particularly encouraged. We are seeking candidates with outstanding research credentials who will complement existing research strengths and demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence. Competitive startup funds will be provided. Applicants must submit a cover letter summarizing their background, a curriculum vita with a list of publications, and a summary of their research plans (five pages maximum). Applicants should also arrange to have three letters of reference submitted by people who know them well. In order to ensure full consideration, all application materials must be received by October 15, 2025. Applications from women and underrepresented minorities are strongly encouraged.
