Expand and refine existing lesson content built in Moodle.

Design engaging quizzes, knowledge checks, and practical activities

Leverage ChatGPT (Pro/Plus) to accelerate research, drafting, and QA

Build all materials directly inside Moodle using best-practice instructional design

Key Responsibilities

Course Building & Enhancement

Flesh out module scripts, step-by-step tutorials, and job-ready exercises for each belt level

Draft, proof, and iterate content with ChatGPT to ensure accuracy, tone, and learner engagement

Assessment Design

Create auto-graded and manual-graded quizzes, scenario-based questions, and practical assignments

Map every assessment to explicit learning objectives and belt-level competencies

Moodle Implementation

Configure SCORM or native Moodle activities (Pages, Books, H5P, Forums, etc.)

Upload multimedia, format HTML blocks, and set up user-friendly navigation

Continuous Improvement

Pilot new lessons with test learners, gather feedback, and refine quickly

Maintain a living style guide so future authors can contribute seamlessly

Required Qualifications

Proven Moodle mastery – course creation, quiz bank management, reporting, and theme-level tweaks

Fluent with ChatGPT Pro or Plus – prompt engineering, content vetting, and workflow automation

3+ years in instructional design, technical writing, or adult learning (portfolio required)

Strong command of AI/ML or data-driven tools—able to translate technical concepts for non-experts
