What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead the strategic review of reporting expectations and disclosures from various stakeholders
• Conduct materiality assessments and perform peer benchmarking and trend analysis
• Oversee the development of disclosures for sustainability reporting frameworks
• Help shape and execute the design and improvement of sustainability internal controls
• Manage regulatory horizon scanning to identify emerging sustainability requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Doctorate degree and 2 years of sustainability or statutory reporting experience
• Master’s degree and 4 years of sustainability or statutory reporting experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of sustainability or statutory reporting experience
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of sustainability or statutory reporting experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of sustainability or statutory reporting experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Broad background in sustainability
• Proven track record of successful teamwork
• Experience with legal documentation
• Accounting degree and CPA preferred, but not required
