Guidehouse is seeking a Corporate Sustainability Senior Consultant in Boston, MA, to lead project workstreams in sustainability consulting. Responsibilities include conducting technical analyses, managing projects, and client engagement. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 3-5+ years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Travel is required, potentially up to 75%. Salary ranges from $98,000 to $163,000.

Responsibilities

SeniorConsultantslead workstreams withinproject teamsand/orappropriately-sizedprojectsindependently.High-level responsibilities will includeleadingtechnical analysis, quality management, projectmanagementandclient management.We are seeking individuals who areconfidentstewarding projects from start tofinish andbeing fully accountable for the outputs.The successful candidateshouldbe a critical thinker who,leveragingthe benchmark of knowledge they and the greater Guidehouse team brings to clientengagements..Day-to-day activities that the consultant will lead include:

Leading teams to conducttechnical, economic, and financial analyses, including data collection, modeling, and tool management

Gatheringand analyzingdata,identifyinggaps and trends, and makingrecommendations related to baseline performance and structure

Executingsustainability analytics, including corporate GHG accounting, climate risk, ESG regulatory disclosure, and abatement analysis

performingstructured research and factfinding on business, sustainability, and energy topics; assessingtrends and market approaches

Leading teams and overseeing quality of outputs

Executing client-facingproject management and targeted business development activities

Communicatinginsights and recommendations through client-ready reports and presentations


What You Will Need:

Bachelors in a quantitative field including economics, finance, engineering, science and/or related discipline

3-5+ years of work experience in quantitative analyses

Demonstrated experience and skill at corporate sustainability analysesDemonstrated experience in management consultingOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive and independent work styleStrong client presence,professionaldemeanorand presentation skillsAbility to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel as needed (most individuals currently travel 5% or less, but could be up to 100%)Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship restrictions apply

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
