Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment firm, is currently seeking a skilled Construction Site Foreman for a construction company in Cape Town. As a Construction Site Foreman, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing construction activities at the site. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who can effectively coordinate and supervise the construction crew while ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities at the site
• Supervise and manage the construction crew, including subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor progress, address issues, and ensure high-quality work
• Plan and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using construction software/tools
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is a plus
