Climate Strategist

Gravity is seeking a Climate Strategist to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint through their energy and carbon management platform. The role involves partnering with customers to achieve decarbonization goals, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and developing strategic relationships. Ideal candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and a passion for sustainability. The position is full-time and based in Bossier City, LA.

This department owns the strategic relationship with our customers – partnering with companies to develop and implement their decarbonization goals. In doing so, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop our best-in-class energy and carbon management technology. Ideal candidates will have a deep hunger for not only structuring and delivering the climate journeys for large enterprises, but also for understanding and refining what value is in a dynamic market; this job involves more than a traditional Customer Success Manager role.Domain expertise is not required, but an exceptional ability to get up to speed on technical domains is.
