Change Consultant

Insight Global is seeking a Change Audit Consultant in Toronto, ON, to evaluate the Quest tool for a financial services client. The role involves assessing data entry, risk criteria, and documenting current and future states of the tool. Required skills include experience with Quest, RACI charts, and strong communication to engage with stakeholders and present findings to senior leadership. This is a contractor position with a salary of $60–75 per hour.
Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Change Audit Consultant to evaluate a tool, Quest for a large financial services client. This auditor will evaluate the use of the tool, how entries or data enters the tool, and the risk acceptance criteria that is in place and how/when it has changed within the environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience using Quest and understanding Quest Active Directory and Quest Server Management

- Experience evaluating, defining, and changing RACI's charts to best meet business needs - Experience with documentation including "current state" of tool and propose possible solutions for "future state" of usage of the tool

- Great communication skills and able to reach out to various teams and stakeholders to understand their use of and experience with the tool

- Experience with presenting findings to senior leadership
