Detailed Work Profile
Collect data from various market sources, including carbon exchanges, brokers, and regulatory bodies.
Analyze data trends and price fluctuations to provide insights into carbon market movements.
Develop regular weekly or bi-weekly analytics dashboards with graphical representation for management review.
Conduct ongoing intense trading data gathering to support real-time decision-making in BD Trading and pitching activities.
Perform price findings from multiple sources to support the trading strategy.
Assist the Carbon Trading Manager by gathering and analyzing potential customer intel and developing customer profiles to identify key opportunities.
Provide inputs for internal discussions and decision-making related to carbon trading strategies.
Monitor regulatory updates and policy changes in the carbon market that may impact trading strategies.
Education Profile Specifications
Graduation B.com, B.Tech,
Post-Graduation MBA, Certification in Trade Analytics is an added advantage
Communication Skills Excellent in Communication
Languages Known
Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior)
4+ years of experience in commodity trading, financial markets, etc, with at least 3+ years directly in Carbon Markets.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Ability to handle intense and periodic data gathering and analysis in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with carbon credit pricing, carbon offset markets, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
