Carbon Trade Analyst

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a Carbon Trade Analyst in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves data collection from carbon exchanges, analyzing market trends, and developing analytics dashboards. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in commodity trading, preferably in carbon markets, and a relevant degree. Strong data analysis skills and communication abilities are required. The position is full-time with a salary range of ₹7,00,000 - ₹9,00,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:Collect data from carbon exchanges, brokers, and regulatory bodies.Analyze market trends and price movements to offer actionable insights.Develop weekly/bi-weekly analytics dashboards for management review, including graphical representations.Perform ongoing data collection to support real-time trading decisions and business development activities.Provide price findings from multiple sources to assist in trading strategies.Assist in gathering and analyzing customer information to identify opportunities.Contribute insights during internal discussions regarding carbon trading strategies.Monitor updates on regulations and policies that may impact trading activities.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 3–5 years in commodity trading or financial markets, with at least 3 years of direct experience in carbon markets.Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.Tech, or equivalent. Post-graduation (MBA) and certification in trade analytics are an added advantage.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.Familiarity with carbon credit pricing, carbon offset markets, and regulatory frameworks.Personal Attributes:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present insights clearly.Ability to handle intense data gathering and analysis in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Location: ChennaiContract: PermanentSalary Range: ₹7,00,000 - ₹9,00,000 per annumVacancy: 1Experience Required: 3–5 yearsFresher Considered: No
