Auto Mechanic

Asiatrends Import and Export Corporation is seeking an Auto Mechanic in Laguna, Philippines. Responsibilities include routine vehicle maintenance, diagnosing electrical systems, and converting gas/diesel cars to electric. Candidates should have automotive experience, knowledge of vehicle electronics, and a valid driver's license. The position requires willingness to travel for supplier visits. Job Description

Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, sensors, and control modules.
Have good understanding of computerized engine control systems, ignition systems, lighting systems, and other vehicle electronics.
Familiar with automotive wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical service bulletins.
Mag-convert ng mga gas cars or diesel cars to electric vehicles
Maghanap at mag-communicate sa mga suppliers locally and overseas, at i-expand and i-improve ang product lines and services natin
Visit suppliers and attend exhibits locally and overseas. Kung may passport kayo, good. Kung wala pang passport or expired na, mag apply po tayo. 3 to 4 times a year yung visit natin, 1 to 2 weeks ang stay doon bawat trip.

Requirements:

With experience in design repair or servicing or maintaining vehicles
Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, related courses), whether college or vocational/short courses
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to repair and maintain vehicles.
Knowledge of electronic components such as relays, switches, fuses, and connectors.
Experience with various vehicle makes and models, including both domestic and foreign cars.
Experience in handling electric vehicles is an advantage
Willing to work in Pasig City
Knows how to drive with a valid driver’s license.
Willing to travel, local and overseas
